BIOSOLV MAKES SOLVENT CLEANING EASY AND SAFE
Unlike common solvents, which aggresively attack contaminants, the unique BioSolv cleaning/degreasing process is formulated to gently break down the molecular chain of contaminants without damaging substrates or causing further damage. Biosolv is powerful enough to remove all kinds of oils, greases, inks, glues and resins. Effective in removal of baked on inks, paints and residues.

Biosolv can be used as brush-on/wipe-off degreaser, hand wipe application,immersion or dip tank operation, recirculating tank cleaning and degreasing. Biosolv is versatile - can be used in every industry from food manufacturing through to metalworking safely and without fuss. Biosolv has no VOC or presents any major hazards in use

Biosolv is free from hydrocarbon and chlorine content. This formula is tested and proven as biodegradable and the BioSolv formulation is made with naturally formed materials ensuring this superb brand is biodegradable, safe to use and naturally safe in the environment.

•Local cutaneous irritation tested (OECD 403/EC B.3) - Not irritating to skin.
•Local ocular irritation tested(OECD 404/ECB.4) - Not irritating to eyes.

BIOSOLV ENVIRONMENTALCHECK LIST
•Biodegradability - Study BD A17 shows the complete and rapid biodegradability of BioSolv - in test conditions (AFNOR T90-312, ISO 7827, OECD 301A), at 18 days the percentage biodegradability of BioSolv is 97%.
•Health & Safety - BioSolv is not classified as dangerous to the environment, according to the European Directive 67/548/EEC.
•Transportation - BioSolv is not regulated according to the criteria of the regulations on dangerous goods transport.
•VOC - BioSolv is not considered to be a VOC or a solvent in accordance with European Directive 1999/13/EC 2(17).
•Waste disposal - BioSolv is not a chlorinated or hydrocarbon solvent, and can be disposed of to landfill as non-hazardous waste.
