INTRODUCTION
Available in easy-to-use 400ml aerosol, Jumbo Release is an outstanding rust busting, dismantling, penetrating, dewatering, and anti-corrosion protective spray incorporating effective ingredients for maximum penetration of rust, gum and varnish, lubrication of mating surfaces (even under severe conditions), displacement of moisture, and long lasting protection against the further formation of rust and corrosion.

Jumbo Release is a premium quality SwanTek brand originally formulated for a world-wide chemical giant for use across 200 production plants to meet ICI NERPS 5 Specification - specifically for use on plant and equipment that was often badly corroded due to harsh chemical contamination.


APPLICATIONS
Frees and lubricates corrosion frozen nuts and bolts, scaffolding clips, boiler parts, exhaust clips, pipe joints and connections, machinery linkages, tapered shafts, spigot shafts, farm machinery, marine parts, flanges, cylinder head studs, hatch covers, caravan jacks, twist locks, couplings, locks and padlocks, machine screws, suspension bushes, shackle pins, dumper clips, door hinges, burglar alarm control boxes, chains and sprockets, and all rusted machinery and equipment - ferrous and non ferrous.

TECHNICAL BENEFITS
• Fast acting - quick drying penetrants work their way through layers of rust and varnish speedily to free frozen parts.
• Penetrants evaporate completely after doing their job, carrying away moisture and leaving a protective coat on all metal surfaces.
• Contains extreme pressure additives, which activate should extreme pressures cause the lubricant film to be ruptured and metal-to-metal contact occur.
• Contains a water displacing agent which carries away moisture, allowing the lubricant to contact the metal surface directly without trapping corrosion forming moisture.

APPROVALS/TESTS
• Formulated to meet ICI NERPS 5 Specification - aerosol dismantling spray.
• Laboratory tested for use on electrical equipment to a volume resistivity (15 volts - 400 volts) 1 x 10 ohm.cm.
• Laboratory tested for use on electrical equipment to a di-electric strength of 21.3 kV/mm.
